Today Houston came to my work and we did an ultrasound at 12 weeks! I am so glad to make it this far and am finally starting to feel better. The ultrasound was so amazing and in a few short weeks you are now a baby. We put the ultrasound on my belly and there you were. A cute little profile, but you must have been sleeping. We poked at my belly a few times and you started kicking all over the place. You have arms and legs and we could see your hands and feet! Sorry to disturb your nap but it was amazing to see you move and kick. Although I can't feel any of your movements you are moving all the time! You are about the size of a lemon but you are looking more like a baby everyday.
This video didn't turn out as well online as it was on our cell phones, but you get the basic idea.

ReplyDeleteI am rapidly wiping tears away as I write to tell you how wonderful your blog is. Little "C" will surely enjoy reading it someday. I am so excited to hear if I get another grandson or the first of my granddaughters...or maybe second granddaughter.
We pray for you and him/her everyday and hope that you are soon feeling better. Thanks for letting me know about the blog. I will try to read it often. I love all three of you!
